Wow! Are you sure that's for a 2010 EX-L? That's a great deal if you can a 2010 EX-L for $32k OTD. I'm trying get one in the Dallas area and dealers won't even talk to me when I offer them $33,000 OTD. Anyone in the Dallas, TX area that bought a 2010 EX-L recently please let me know your purchase price and where. Thanks.

Wow! Out the door for $30,895 for a 2010 Pilot EX 2WD? Is this true? That's below invoice if you add in destination fee, etc. I can't seem to get any dealers in Dallas, TX to accept $32,000 out the door.
2009 Civic LX Sedan auto

I am in Dallas, just bought a 2009 Civic LX sedan auto this week with C4C. MSRP + Destination+add-ons(pin stripe, window tint, spoiler, mud guard, trunk tray, paint sealant, fabric protection/scotch guard) sub total was 17350, less 4500 C4C, add TTL and other fees, the total balance was 13880. This is the best deal I could find in Dallas. I have read posted prices for LXs here, but I couldn't get anywhere close to some of the prices being posted. Most dealers gave me a quote and weren't willing to negotiate at all. I have visited 3 dealerships in person, and I can see why they don't negotiate on Civc LXs--most of them have only about 5-10 LXs left in stock. One dealer sold out LX sedans, had to get 2 from another dealer. With the C4C deal, they had no issue selling them.
what is the 'wait for august' worth???

All, I live in Dallas, TX. I got a OTD quote of for Accord 09 Sedan LX (with 2.9% Honda financing) for $22,500. The price includes 'Pro-pack' & window tint. Previously many have advised in this forum to wait till August for the release of Accord 2010. If I decide to wait till the end of August, how much will the price come down? Please advise. Even an educated guess is helpful. Thanks

Last week we were able to get this vehicle for $34,299 + TTL (no dealer doc fees or other markup). There wasn't much selection on the lot, but they happened to have a color combo we wanted and the price seemed pretty aggressive for a 2010 ($1,400 below Edmunds invoice and nearly $4,500 below Edmunds TMV). To be fair, they gave me about $900 less than I expected on my trade-in, so they probably made up some ground there, but I still feel like we got a pretty good deal. Hope this info helps some of you out there.
