I agree with others who mentioned Apple Honda in York, PA as having good internet pricing. Whatever the current manufacturer to dealer incentive may be, it expires April 30th. I was quoted a price of $19,340 plus tax and tags for a 2008 Accord LX 4 door sedan with automatic transmission. That is $2,455.00 below retail. They even offered to deliver the car to me, as I am about a 3 hour drive from York. If anyone knows of a better price in this part of the country, please post! Thanks.

Hi Ramet [James] Yes, the dealer is Apple Honda in York, PA. Unfortunately, I cannot give you his specific contact information. The quote came from their internet sales section. From what they said when I went in to get it in writing, which I did, was that they were giving me all of their 2% hold back, plus $50 of their $400 dealer sales incentive. I'm sure that there is other money that they get that they weren't telling me about, but they were still the lowest by about $500. Keep in mind that this quote was for a new 2008 Honda Accord EX Sedan with a manual transmission. Their OTD was $22,885.62, which included 6% sales tax, $93.50 in nontaxable fees and $490 in options. There are no admin. or other doc. fees indicated on their written quote. They were a pretty easy going crew. Although I have yet to purchase a vehicle from them [I might wait for a 2008 leftover] I was comfortable working with them. Hope this helps. Post if you have other questions. Later.

NOTE: The $21.1K figure from Heritage was a B&S tactic and the actual price went up another $1K at the end. Also, the price from Ourisman of Laurel may vary from an additional $100-$300 more depending on the day/time and who you talk to, and whatever other options that comes with the car. Landmark had quoted me an OTD price but the numbers weren't firm between the sales person and the sales manager, so be wary if you're planning on dealing with any of these dealers that they don't switch the numbers on you.

Janukuttii -- Whereabouts are you in PA? Get a quote from Apple Honda in York, PA (www.applehonda.com) if you haven't already. They quoted me a base sales price of $22,265 (not including freight, tax, fees, etc.) which put them in the #3 ranking of my 23 dealers. If I wasn't able to secure a deal from a dealer in MD or VA, I would have purchased from Apple Honda.

Hi urmaha, I live near the Philadelphia area, and looking to purchase an '08 CR-V EX 4WD though. I did get a quote for a '08 LX 4WD for 20,871 (that's without tax, tags, destination, etc). Apple Honda in York, PA quoted 21,395 (include destination) for 4WD LX. All the 2WD price quote on their table they sent says "Special Order Only". Since I'm looking for the EX 4WD, I can't really help you out. Which parts near Philly are you from? I think you'll have trouble finding 2WD in our area.

smackldog --- Thanks for the advice. I will look into those other dealerships. I've only dealt with two dealerships in the area, Philadelphia/Piazza Automall and MainLine/Ardmore Honda since they are close to where I live. York is about 2 hour drive, as in Lancaster, but I'll request a quote from them and see if I can get a couteroffer from the other dealers in my area. I also, requested a quote from Apple Honda on sunday, but still haven't heard word yet. I asked if they could give me a quote with a fog light add-on, but to date no quote yet. Thanks for your help.
