Bought Ody EX-L W/ RES & NAV: by 75boxer on Tue Mar 28 07:56:25 PST 2006; This board helped me alot, so I wanted to share my experience. Prior to doing research, I drove the Odyssey and loved it. At that time I was pegging $32500-$33000 for an EX-L w/ NAV & RES. Then, I found this board. I ended up purchasing from Honda of Mentor in Ohio. The dealership is a little over an hour from my house in PA. Price paid was $31,000 + $149 (Splash Guards) + $125 Doc & fees. OTD was $31,274. They were very organized and had everything lined up for me when I got there. If it were not for a minor navigation snafu I would have been in and out in under an hour. They were even able to get me 5.59% 60 month financing (Best i got on Lending Tree was %5.75%). Overall, very positive and I highly recomend them. Local Dealership (Erie, PA) was not willing to go below $31,700 +Doc fees. The van has been great so far (500 miles); although I feel like we have only touched on learning all of its features.

They are located in PA but do not believe they provide coverage nation wide. You may be stuck with what ever you can get from the dealer. It cost 60 for one year on my sons new Altima. Old Mike

Good Lease Deal??????: by czer on Mon Oct 10 14:52:23 PDT 2005; Need some help Car_man ! Went to the local Honda dealer in Erie, PA today and here is what I got. If you could tell please tell me if this is a good deal or are there areas that I can negotiate to get a better deal. I'm new at leases so here it goes: I have a trade - '03 Ody EX-L w/ RES excellent condition. They are giving me $18,500. I owe $21,000. So I'm $2,500 in the hole. I think I could get a little more for the trade but not much. I'm working the deal on an '06 White EX-L - MSRP $33,595. Selling Price is $30,280. Add Cash Deficiency of $2500 plus Inception fees of $642.26 = $3,142.26 Assignment fee = $595.00 Total Cap Cost = $34,017.26 Residual Value (55%) = $18,477.25 at 12000 miles/year - mileage adj. + 2% = 671.90 Adjusted Residual Value = $19,149.15 Money Factor = .001150 42 month lease $415.14 + 9% (tax??) = $452.51 Any help in making the monthly payment lower would be greatly appreciated. Or is this a good deal. The salesman was no hassle and good to work with. Thanks

Pilots too have a good deals there, i made him come down approx 1700 below invoice on 05 Pilot EXL (27800)& EXL with NAV (29600) but at last bolted to Ody 05. Wanted ACURA MDX, try philadelphia dealers, premium 05 MDX negotiated was 32,400 plus taxes including destination ahalyaa
