gresham honda - EX-L with RES: by inqydesu on Mon Dec 03 15:56:57 PST 2007; I looked around portland, and got a great price from the guys at gresham honda. The price was 26,100 for an EX-L, just a little over 27k for an ex-l with RES. That was total out the door. The problem we found was that most dealers had "allready installed" a bunch of accessories (splash guards, wheel locks, roof bars, etc), that we were not interested in. Gresham had the splash guards, which were inflated maybe $50, but they had the best deal overall. I did the donkey punch method, and it ended up working through them the best. I will say that Wilsonville honda was excellent. The salesmen was the best, and their price was just as good. The only problem was that my wife wanted the DVD, and wilsonville honda did not have the right selection at the time (they only had it in burgundy, which was one of the two colors we were not interested in). So the guys at gresham were good, but parker johnston in wilsonville were excellent. Also, we got a great rate from American Honda. They first got it for us at 5.9 (with the 2500), and then lowered it to 5.75.

First purchase through internet: by rozzienoodle on Sat Aug 25 20:42:57 PDT 2007; Today I bought a 2007 Civic sedan LX MT in the Portland Oregon area (no sales tax in Oregon. Allow me to stop and savor that for a moment). OTD price was $16,440, not including DMV, which I calculate to be $218. I wanted red or blue exterior*; the dealer had to trade for one in Washington. Literally none left in Oregon. I have zero idea if this was a good deal. It is very hard to find a MT around here. I got several, similar quotes, and ended up with the dealer who moved his hooves the fastest. Wilsonville Honda was extremely responsive. (*If I see one more silver or gray car on the road/in parking lots, I will indeed upchuck. What is the deal with making every car on the road the color of light asphalt?) Any Oregonians out there?

Purchased 07 EX AWD Pilot Portland Oregon Area: by wilson2094 on Mon Apr 30 18:15:48 PDT 2007; All, Thanks much for the helpful info as I prepared to purchase our Pilot. This forum provides a great service! We picked up our Pilot (EX AWD) below Saturday from Capitol Honda in McMinnville.... Silver 2007 EX AWD w/69 miles on it. $26,597 - Included $595 Destination $ 923 - Tow Package (discounted 10%) $ 60 - Wheel Locks $ 0 - Splash guards (thrown in for no cost) $ 218 - DMV (Doc Lic Fee) $27,798 - OTD There were some other dealers that had a lower price on the Pilot, but had a higher price for the tow package. One dealer (Gladstone Honda) came in with a quote that was about $200 under the OTD above, but ended up deciding to go with Capitol. Also would recommend checking Honda of St. Johns and Wilsonville Honda, as they also had competitive pricing and seemed responsive to e-mails. Regards, -Wilson

2007 Civic Hybrid - Paid under 2006 MSRP: by orientexpress on Mon Nov 06 07:53:07 PST 2006; I just picked up my wife's 2007 Civic Navi Hybrid from Parker JohnStone Honda in Wilsonville OR. We ordered it in August, but it came in this November. The deal we got was about $100 under 2006 MSRP plus mud flaps and all weather floor mats. The actual price was $24200. We live in the bay area in California, and it was worth the trip up to Oregon to get the car (The one-way airline fare was $130 for the 2 of us). One of the modifications that we have done is to replace the pie pan 15" wheels with 16" Civic wheels. They are about the same outside diameter, weight only 4 pounds more, and gas mileage has not been affected. Needless to say we are very pleased.

Finally bought by 07 EXL res/nav: by mahalu on Sun Oct 29 20:53:15 PST 2006; So I made my purchase yesterday for a 2007 EXL w/ RES & NAV out the door price of $32,512.00 plus Lic. fees. At Parker Johnstone's Wilsonville Honda(www.wilsonvillehonda.com) in of course, Wilsonville, Oregon- just south of Portland. I got the Slate Green w/Dk Grey Leather a very pretty combo. This dealership did everything right for me. A great price yes but also courtesy and professionlism that I didn't think existed in auto retailing. I went ahead and bought the hondacare extended warrenty from them after they basically met the best online price I had found. Also went for the Diamon-fusion glass protection because I really love clear glass and see it as a safety feature. I brought my husband in today, after the sale, and our salesman went over the Nav & Res and showing us all the details of our new car. These guys really go the extra mile and the nicest showroom I've seen (and I had bought a Lexus in '91 so I've seen good service.) Thank you everyone who helped me with your posts. Portland, OR Odyssey Pricing: by diz1 on Mon Jul 10 06:33:16 PDT 2006; Just bought a 2006 EX Odyssey from Wilsonville Honda for $25,900 plus TTL yesterday in Portland area. I know other areas are doing better but I did a lot of work over the phone and email and this was the best price I could land! It included mud guards but no other options.
