I am helping a friend out on this one- she is shopping either a Mazda3 s GT or a Civic EX-L. Here is what she was offered on the Civic EX-L... Cleveland, OH (Cuyahoga County) 2009 Civic EX-L Auto Urban Titanium Metallic MSRP: 22,225 Dealer came back with 21,330 with it being 23,330 including TTL. Sales woman hinted at some more room to negotiate, but based on what I'm seeing here, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot more room to move. There is no rush (can wait a couple months if need be), but is this good pricing for this vehicle? Should she wait? Thanks for the help!

Just want to tell. Today finally purchased Honda EX-L Odyssey with RES. for 27.2K + doc(250)+title(25.5)+tax. CLEVELAND, OH You should get below $27.5K for sure. Try to send some email to the dealers. I got a quote from Virginia for 26.5K but I dont want to drive 400 to 500 miles from my place to pickup. I got offers from 27.00K to 29.5K for the same equipment. Good luck. Send me email if you have any questions..

This is my first car purchase ever. I live in Cleveland, OH. I am thinking about purchasing a 2008 Honda Accord 4 Door, 4cyl. What is the going rate OTD? I don't want to get screwed over by being an uneducated buyer.

keep hearing rumors of diesel Accords and CRV's but with diesel at a STAGGERING 4.79 a gallon in this area I can't understand for the life of me WHY anyone would want one. They cost a lot more to begin with and they don't get that much better mileage. Here is a nice short article about the diesel European-market 2007 Accord, aka Acura TSX. It returned 53 miles a gallon highway, 34 in the city (Manhattan) and 44 in combined driving. Gas just hit $ 4.12 / gallon in NE Ohio. Even Pilot's are $ 7,000 off sticker even before you start bargaining. I'm getting cold feet about even buying one now. Two weeks ago, we were lucky to get $ 1,100 off sticker on the CR-V. Edna
