MN & IA: 2007 Touring R&N: by 1stlexus on Tue Oct 23 07:36:55 PDT 2007; Just paid $34,193 including $2,000 incentive for 2007 Touring R&N from "one-price" Walser Honda in Burnsville. Or about $200 over invoice from what I can tell. And that was with zero negotiation so I suppose you could knock a bit more off it if you really wanted to. While I'm sure the new features of the 2008's will be nice, not worth the $4,000 extra over 2007 ($1,500 price increase (with PAX)and losing the $2,000 incentive plus additional dealer margin that will be required at first for the 2008s) IMHO.

Last night: by bigfur on Tue Jul 31 18:33:12 PDT 2007; Made a deal last night for a 2007 Galaxy Grey Metallic AWD A/T. Bought it from Walser Honda in Burnsville MN. Price on the windshield was 21,455 plus TTL. Considering how much of an a-hole all the other dealerships around here are i thought it was a great deal. Most MN dealerships want atleast sticker on all Hondas. This is the third Walser vehical i have bought and every time it has been painless and the service has been incredible.

Some of them might get a bigger allocation of Fits than your dealer in Madison. And you can tell them if someone decides not to take a car they are waiting for, you would like it. FWIW, a dealer in the Twin Cities, Burnsville Honda, told me a few days ago that there was a five-month wait list for Fits there. They had none in stock.

Re: Best prices and dealers in Minneapolis [tagits]: by 5thquarter on Mon Apr 03 18:19:53 PDT 2006; I just bought an EX-L at Burnsville Honda in Burnsville MN for 28044+Tax,Ti, Lic I put out 10 internet requests last night to the 5 Twin Cities dealers plus Kadlec in Rochester, Motor Inn in Albert Lea, Motorwerks in LaCrosse, Zimbrick in Madison, and Crystal Lake in IL. The last 3 were because I was going past each of them next Friday and figured there was minimal added cost to buying from them because I was going to be there anyway. I got the quote of 28044 from Zimbrick incl wheel locks and splash guards. I'm still waiting for the rest. I decided to go for it with the one quote. Walked in, told the dealer I test drove with on Saturday the story about what I'd been doing and why a Madison offer made sense for me. A trade in complicated the deal some, but they committed to the Zimbrick price before mention of the trade and threw in floor mats. 2 hours later I was out the door. If you do your homework, have a little luck, and come prepared a good deal can be had in the cities.
