Hey Frank, The 21,500 included destination ($595) but not TTL. The dealer's doc fee was $32. It appears to me that Edmunds TMV prices do not reflect the generous incentives now being offered. I had an offer of $21,900 + about $85 doc fee in Manhattan, KS on same vehicle. Check with the Little Apple dealer in Manhattan. I had nice interactions with them but my travel plans to that area changed so I purchased closer to home. I know you can do better than 22600. Hope this is helpful. Bought my Silver Fit Sport Auto from a dealership in Manhattan, Ks All in KC sold before truck even arrived. Several in STL had problems/delays from ship/Japan. Paid MSRP $16520 I've put 200 miles on it since Saturday (Manhattan, Ks is about 140 miles from KC, MO) and it runs fine. Best car I've purchased in years and we just gave up a 2002 Volvo S60.

strizv - I got my Odyssey for $800 off total. This was after the fees and such. I had an initial offer from Little Apple Honda in Manhattan KS for $500 off and their fees were very nominal if I remember correctly. When I talked to Chris about this is when they kicked the price down some more. But yes my total cost (without taxes and tags) was in that final price range you gave. Good luck.
