Agree with Backy 100% on this. At this time with gas prices spiking every few days, dealers know the economy cars are in great demand and many are bought just as they come off the truck. Best to get your best quotes when you are ready to buy, as most dealers want to make a deal TODAY and have the car off the lot. I've only driven off in a new car once as I like all things done and my insurance in order before I drive off. 90% of the time they have no problem with me coming back to pick the car up in a day or two. Best to get lowest quotes when you are ready to buy at that moment if the price is in your target range. The Sandman :)

Chrysler has good options on paper but that's about it. handling sucks, it's slower and less responsive, materials look cheap.. I can go on and on... All you need to do to a honda is change the oil every 3000 miles and put gas, that's it!!! If you want a stable, fun to drive, safe automobile for the family, Honda is the way to go...for the wife at least...I will stay with my Mini Cooper S!! Like I have mentioned on other threads...set your price, have the internet sales manager work of your price... I got the EXL for $392 including 7% FL tax a month, we opted to put the first payment down in order to have 35 payments left to give me time to negotiate with my next aquisition....0 out of pocket meaning no financial fees, no anything else, no tag, no tittle fees, nothing.... Use edmunds to send out an email to your nearest dealers and start to negotiate..Be demanding, set you price and limits...dont let yourself be shark bait. Keep us posted!

Never has been an issue...don't even notice it actually. Car is pretty quiet...just like my old Corolla. The Sandman :)

Think you got taken on that alarm & I'd go back and talk with the general manager and call Honda. Seems like a scam to me. The Sandman :confuse:

onequi - wow, should I be $100 more and $1100 out of pocket for this? I'm in South Florida as well. Got this internet deal right now. 2008 Odyssey EX-L with NAV and RES 36 month, 12K miles. -$490/month (including FL taxes) + Due at pickup: 1st month payment $490 Acquisition Fee: $595 (rep said all dealers have to pay this?) No free oil change/tires :-( Free oil change/tire rotation is nice savings as well, this would be awesome. I really like the 45 min, in n out, howd you do this? Mind hinting at dealer location? This board is great, thanks! ( I gotta move fast, next few days, but found this board just now and hate throwing money away, figured I post what )
