Hey. I am looking to get into a 3 year lease on either a civic sedan or coupe. I am in Tampa, fl and in college. Right now they are advertising a 0 down $190 a month for the sedan. Fine print FEATURED SPECIAL LEASE: Closed end lease for 2011 Civic Sedan 5 Speed Automatic VP (FA1F3BEW) available from 01/05/2011 through 02/28/2011, to well-qualified lessees approved by Honda Financial Services. Net capitalized cost includes $595 acquisition fee. Dealer contribution may vary and could affect actual lease payment. Total monthly payments $6,650.00. Option to purchase at lease end $10,674.90. Must take new retail delivery on vehicle from dealer stock by 02/28/2011. Lessee responsible for maintenance, excessive wear/tear and 15¢/mile over 12,000 miles/year for vehicles with MSRP less than $30,000, and 20¢/mile over 12,000 miles/year for vehicles with MSRP of $30,000 or more. See your Honda dealer for complete details. Can anyone help me decide if this is a good deal or if I can negotiate more. Thanks!
It is a new crosstour, black on black, purchased from Hondaland in Tampa, FL on Labor day. Selling price is $27,911 that includes destination, mud guard, wheel lock, truck liner, and pin stripes but not TTL and $600 dealer processing fees. With this price, I could not get the .9%/60mos financing. Instead, I was offered 3.0%/60 mos financing by Honda Financing, which was not too bad. Overall, it was not a bad buying experience. The salesperson is very nice and knowledgeable too.
I went through Overstock.com (thanks to another member for pointing that out. Didnt evben know they had that) auto and got 2 quotes from competing dealerships for 2wd Pilot Touring for $32,600 +TTL. He initially says we would have a dealer fee too, but I should get out of that. How does the price seem? I know its competitive, but anyone think I can squeeze some more out? Id love to be high $31's or $32k flat. Thanks for any input :)
You absolutely can roll EVERYTHING into the payment. I've leased 4 vehicles through Honda Finance and have never had to bring my checkbook to the dealership upon drive-off.
