I have my eye on a 2005 4dr Civic vp for $13,100 OTD. I've heard the end of model year clearance sale is coming up soon. Should I hold out or buy now?

Is this a good price on a 2005 Civic VP with 4DR?: by fblack on Sun Jul 03 15:27:13 PDT 2005; For new 2005 Civic Sedan VP this dealer is charging $12,495 + $515 Freight, + $100 processing fee, + local tax and tags. Bottom line $13,110 + tax. It's in the Washington DC area. Is this a good deal or could I do better? Thx
