My guess is that for a $1000-$1500 more you could get an 2005 EX out the door shopping on the net. More than you wanted to pay, but a better deal in my opinion. You might even be able to find a 2005 Ex right at invoice 25,527 + TTL. The new Consumers Report tested the 2005 Ody, Sienna, Grand Caravan and some loser GM product. The Ody was rated best by just a whisker over the Sienna most likely because they didn't like the Sienna's braking distance.

There are many types of warranties: mileage/years/deductible vary, so with out knowing the exact warranty you got it is hard to say whether the deal was IMHO was a good one. That seems like a very good price if you got the 7yr/100K/0 deductible.

take the car back, tell the dealership you are not interested because you have a quote 2K less. If they won't match it walk away. Often, dealership let potential owners try out a car for a day or two. If you haven't signed the papers exercise some muscle.
