I just picked up one that had 4 miles on it for $30.5K OTD (8.25% sales and .9% 36 month financing).

Honda of Oakland (N. CA) price by jsp9999 on Fri Jun 13 13:20:41 PDT 2008

OTD price I got was $31.459K for EX-L RES. That was two weeks ago.

Does the price you get from Oakland Honda include dealer-installed accessories (cargo net, wheel lock, etc.)?
