I got an Amazing Deal on my 2008 Honda Civic LX
by jackmackok on Sat Dec 22 20:38:22 PST 2007
I still can't believe it. When I got my quote I was happy. I got quoted 17,150.00 from my sales person but when I got to the dealership I knew I was going to ask for a little more. I asked but I didn't really expect to get anything. I decided to really give it to them. I offered them 16,000 plus tax title and docs. It took about an hour but they finally agreed. They looked so hungry for customer, I should have asked for a little less. They tried to make me buy everything else while I was there like paint protection and car protection package but I kept insisting. I heard bad things about Long Beach Honda in California but I had a positive expirience. 16,000 plus tax title and docs Happy Customer Jack Mackok Long Beach, CA

Hey Car_man, you should get in contact with carsdirect.com in El Segundo, CA. for your EX 07 accord lease (assuming you qualify for the top tier credit with 690+ credit score) is around $261 month with driveoffs only. No cap cost is ever necessary...it just makes the payment look really low. The deal is 36 months, 15,000 miles year with 0.18 mile over. Its the very best least program through Carsdirect.com and Honda Finance..better than what is on the Honda web site. Money Factor is 0.00065. Base cap is under invoice (by about $400). Dealer cash is about $500 and you are trading the extra $1,000 dealer cash balance for the super duper Honda Financing rate of 0.00065...which is a money factor of 1.56% (0.00065 x 2400). You will NOT find a better rate anyone for any car lease. Cars Direct does not deliver to N. Cal but you would have a great time in Venice Beach after picking up your brand spankn' new Accord. I encourage you to bump the deal up to a 2.4L EXL...you are getting more than your money's worth for the extra $1,500 month++++ the leather (which is all residualized)...climate Zone AC, 8 way power driver seat, XM radio, and other goodies. Its about $283 month + tax with around $573 drive off's only...around $304 month. Nobody is going to give you a better deal...but your credit score needs to be in the top tier level.....good luck!

Honda World is about $7200 below the MSRP and about $4300 below the Invoice. It is a good price. What color is it? I was at Honda World a on July 6 and they did not have these prices. Norm Reeves Huntington Beach tried to play games so I walked away and drove over to Honda World. Saty away from the Honda dealer on Hawthorne. Please post the OTD price if you buy it, I want to know how much they charge fpr Docs and other stuff.

I bought a EX-L w/RES + NAV on Dec 16th at Norm Reeves Huntington Beach. Got what I believe to be a great deal. Send me an email or private message with how to reach you and I will give you contact names and numbers. Conditions may have changed since when I bought, but my deal was about $800 below invoice.
Re: What would be the reasonable offer for 07 EX-L 4WD in OC / LA, Ca areas? [plchan]

According to the DMV website the registration fees are $250 and tax is $2212 for a purchase price of $28,500 (I used Newport Beach as the zip code). That would get you OTD for $30,962. Using those percentages, you have a price of $29,110 for the car. I imagine the dealer has some doc fees and other fees, but I would not pay more than 50 bucks for those total. You have a lot of dealers down there, keep sending out email requests. Don't rush, the deals are only going to get better. Remember only to deal with your internet contacts and not the showroom salesfolks.
