Not a good place to buy a car for the inexperienced buyer

Low ball, bait and switch, 4 square, place is spooky. Buyer beware and don't say you weren't warned. Stay far away. Be on your toes every step of the way. Do not assume anything period. Only person I'd send here is my worst enemy and even then...

First off the salesman was excellent (Very nice and very active). However, when I went to deal with the Sales Manager and Sales Department, it was HORRIBLE! I will never forget the gentleman's name "MARCO" Rudest, non people skills person I have ever meet. I have bought 3 cars from Tony VW. (EXCELLENT) Service I will add.. Thinking since they were owned by the same person I "assumed" their dedication and skills to their job would be the same.. NOT SO! Wanted to trade in an Excellent Condition 2011 VW Van with 7k Miles... They offered me 13k for it.... WOW! And when I asked why, they responded with "It takes money to get the vehicles back into new condition." AFTER they had told me that the van was like brand new. They also commented how clean and well taken care of it was. They also commented "And you have four kids, and its in this type of condition?" Anyhow long story short.... Don't waist your time unless you want to spend hours sitting there to be told some silliness! GOOD LUCK! Once again Thanks to TONY VW, Great Service... Especially TOMMY C.!

Visited this dealership and purchased a Civic Hybrid. I was told that the vehicle had been a lease and that the dealership had all the maintenance records. I forgot to acquire these papers when I signed for the vehicle and went back a few days later just to have copies for myself. I spoke with one of the sales reps and they indicated that this should not be a problem and that they would provide me with these documents. They did not follow up on this and I called back several different times and tried speaking to several different people: None of them followed through. It's pretty sad that none of the sales people at this dealership is genuinely interested in helping customers. I did expect that there would be some negotiating involved, but I did not think they would be so blatantly disrespectful and dishonest! I will tell other people to avoid this dealership from now on.

Easy, quick, friendly transaction

I visited 3 Honda dealers. Iven at Tony Honda gave me the best deal and they had the silver Ridgeline that I wanted. Higher trade in than Windward Honda. I qualified for the .9% financing with a score over 710. Iven even filled the gas tank after the deal was done.
