Prospective Honda Civic Leaser

Pros:

Tony Honda Service Department is much better than Pflueger Honda. Nice service staff!

Cons:

I won't even give this dealership another chance to lease me a car in the future.

Very diappointed with the sales people at this deaslership as I have tried three times to lease from them simply because I live in Mililani Mauka and this is the most convienent Honda dealer as far as location. On all three occations, I researched www.honda.com to find the best lease deals twice ...

Feel like in a pressure cooker

Pros:

Have the cars in stock

Cons:

Very dishonest. Very hard sale. Try to squeeze the last penny from the customers.

Negotiated a deal over the email with Tony Group Autoplex.  Went there to pick up the Honda CRV.  Then the sales stated he could not honor the deal since they would lose money.  He pushed to sell rust proof, fabric protection tinting package (about $1K).  He would honor the deal only if we purcha...
