I bought a new phone and had a hard time programming my phone to the bluetooth system in my new car. I didn't have an appt but the service dept immediately helped me when I drove in (greeted me promptly as well) and even washed my car when everything was finished. I can already tell my future experiences with King Windward Nissan's service department will be pleasant.
