2015 colorado service

First time that I used my extended warranty and it took about 3 days ti figure what would be covered . Once we got passed that it was fast and the manager explained from this point forward things would be fine, He spent time and effort to move things forward and I do appreciate that.. My relationship with Jim Falk Motors over the passed 4 years has been excellent .

We have bought all our cars from Jim Falk Motors since 2003. We have bought three Nissan Muranos, two GMC Terrains, and one Nissan Pathfinder. We bring our cars to Jim Falk for servicing and they fix everything AND wash the car!

What a great experience. Usually I dread coming to the service dept but they treat you so amazing here (maui Nissan/gmc service dept) Excellent customer service, relaxed employees and effective. highly recommended!!! Won't go any where else
