I have been using BMW dealership service in Hawaii for the last 6 month (4/2008 to 10/2008) to fix the same problem of cooling system leakage. They attempted to stop the leakage by replacing parts at very expensive price that I paid from my own pocket. They replaced water tank at one visit. Few weeks later as leakage continued they replaced few hoses and expensive price. And recently in Mid October 2008 they replaced the entire radiator as they assured me it is where the problem is. 2 weeks later the leak continued again. They do not seem to have qualified technicians to understand the real problem. On 11/4/08 I went to show them the radiator leak and spoke with their parts and Service director Mike Tetsotani who bullied me around telling me that he will not take responsibility or even help me out and laid all the blame on my car condition and advised me to buy a new car. He even said" please call BMW headquarter and tell them your problems because I will not help you". I do not recommend their service. They are only inerested in making a profit at the expense of their customers and they do not seem to be qualified to diagnose and understand the real problem. In addition they count on bullying their customers unlike other BMW serive agents that focus on customer satisfaction and return customers.
