ACQ fee 595 DEL fee 347 . A Rebate of 950 . A rate of 5.10% (Seems high based on posts ..is 3.45 reasonable ?) Downpayment 2800 +625 total =3425 residual .61 10k miles /year for a monthly payment on a 39 month lease of 416.55 . Is this reasonable ? appreciate any feedback..

High lease price?: by felbie1 on Sun Apr 01 15:28:15 PDT 2007; I went to my dealership today to look at the H3 and was interested in a base with automatic. When it came to numbers they said they were doing the National ad (299 39mos/10k miles/year) but with the automatic and the step bar on the side included. (they said total due was 3500, which seemed very high) when it came down to it. We wanted 12k miles a year, just inceptions down. and I have 850 to roll in from a GMAC lease. the price came to 423+tax with like 1300 for in inceptions. way too high I think. Any opinions or ideas of where I SHOULD be. I would think they would take all the incentives(3000 down in FL) off of that price, I also have GM points of about 1750 to use, as well as getting GM supplier discount, But I want to find a good price first and then use my discounts.

I want to do a 27 Mo lease even if its a couple of bucks more just so I know I can get something new when I am bored. So the deal I got was 27Mo. 12K miles for $504 a mo. thats with tax in the state of Broward Co. FL. with $1,400 down. For what I am getting Lux, Sunroof, Nav. 27/12k is this a good deal? It seemed like when I told the guy I was not in a hurry to buy he said well what number are you looking for to do this deal so I fig what the hell take a shot so I said Low $500's So once he came down 60 buck I fig there is room to nog. Plus he said he'll give me a check for what I just paid my car payment this mo. Since I just told him I dont need to have 2 car payments till I sell mine in a couple weeks..So what is a fare price for what I am getting?

Residual for 2007 H3: by tjones39 on Wed Sep 27 15:36:28 PDT 2006; Your dealer is correct, GM is subsidising the higher residuals for the 2006 to unload them over the 2007. I have a message right above yours, we just leased a 2006 yesterday for 27 months. THe residual was 71% for 27 months or 72% for 24 months for 15k miles per year. The 2007's were 68% for 24 mo. and 69% for 27 mo. However I was told this ended yesterday for the lease specials on the 2006 so you may need to see what the new residuals are now.

These people are awesome, one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with, they are family owned also. I received my GMID cert yesterday so we leased a 2006 H3 for 27 months. I think the lease specials for 2006 models ended today also. Here are my numbers: $36330 Msrp $33,271 supplier price $1709 cap cost reduction which included $595 acquisition fee $665 driveoff fees with 1st payment, tags, tax Total driveoff was $2375 and monthly payments are::: $327.79+ 21.31 tax which = $349.10 per month I think this is an awesome deal and we absolutely love this Hummer H3.
