No Customer Service!

onI am highly disappointed with the recent service received. It took three weeks for me to get an update on what was wrong with the car. Finally, I was told the motor in my Kia Optima had to be replaced and it was covered under warranty. Great! I pick the car up and park it in the garage because I've been driving my truck. I drive the car to run some errands and notice the brake light indicator is on. I got to Auto Zone and asked them where the brake fluid container is located. The person helping goes to open the hood, I see a scratch that wasn't there when I took it to the dealership, the hood won't stay up because the hydraulic shaft is no longer functioning, the oil dip stick is missing, and there is not a drop of brake fluid in the car. All of which was fine before going in for service. I take the car back up to the dealership and tell them all of this. I just wanted an apology for scratching the car without telling me when I picked it up, a dipstick, and a solution to get the hood to stay up. Instead, I got, you've had the car for 14 days, we can't say we're responsible, but we did put a dipstick back in the car. It was 11 days sir (dropped it off on Nov 16 and picked it up on Dec 18th). I'm thoroughly frustrated that they wouldn't give me a simple apology for bad customer service. That's all I wanted was an acknowledgment that the service could have been better and a damn dipstick. If I needed to pay for the hood hydraulic kit, cool. But don't just dismiss me! If I damage something of yours, I'm going to bring it to your attention and apologize. It's that simple. It's a freaking scratch and things happen. I get it! If your mechanic left the dipstick out and didn't check the fluids, what else didn't he do? Is there a bolt missing in the motor? Will it fall out while I'm driving one day? At this point, I have no confidence in this service department and will never bring my vehicle back for service. I had no problem letting them know that their service and my experience was just plain shitty. Yep, my words exactly!

Sold me a lemon

onDon’t buy from this dealer once they get the de close they don’t care what happens with you and your car not their problem even though they sold me extended warranty I haven’t had the car six months and my motor is gone I spoke with sales manager Darrell he said to take it somewhere else they too backed up and didn’t offer any further resolution bad sales bad service poor customer service raggedy car don’t go here please

onTerrible service dept. Rude, unorganized and unkept promises. Drop off your car with an appointment that took 2 months to get only to find out a day later that they dont even have the part in stock and after complaining the service manager refuses to fix the vehicle??? lol pathetic

onThe dealer will go up on the MSRP on a vehicle once it's time for purchase, if the dealer see your interest. The asking price listed online is not the price until you get ready to do paperwork, on top of all applicable fees and taxes.

onI was assisted by Bryan W., who immediately assessed my needs and gave a realistic option- which I am quite satisfied with. I told Bryan before hand what my past experience was with a dealership was and it like it was his mission to make it 20x better. I was also given an AMAZING deal for my trade in. I got in the dealership at about 6:45 pm and left at about 8:30 pm (because I was a chatty Kathy) but that is world record time for me!! I came in with my financing already settled so it was a breeze. The gentleman in finance (I believe his name is Bob, I really hope I’m right) was VERY kind and helpful as well. So I know what you’re thinking, with all the great things I have to say, why not 5 stars?! Well, I emailed a few times the night after I left about a few items I left in my trade-in and I never received a response. Realistically my rating is 4.75 stars but it won’t let me put that. Bryan has called me since the visit but I was at work and failed to remember to mention it. I would definitely buy from him again

Poorly run

onI had my car serviced at the dealer and was told they vacuum it- complementary. Well, when I returned home after the service was done I discovered they only vacuumed the front of it. I spoke with the manager about it and he said that's all they do. Talk about pathetic. Either do the job right or don't do it all all. This is like saying you'll wash the car but only do the top. Ridiculous.

onI arrived at Ed Voyles at around 9:15 am and was driving out in my new car at 11:15 am. This was the fastest car buying experience I have ever had. My Salesperson Stephen Empie was fantastic. I never ever felt pressure and they worked with me to get me the terms I was comfortable with. Chris Ashby the Finance Manager was also pretty amazing. If you're looking for a new KIA go to Ed Voyles !

onGot to sit thru the buying off lease process with Ed Voyles, not sure if its Jr. or not, but he with his manager made the process go well. He is very friendly and makes conversation friendly, not just about business. They are always easy to deal with and they are pretty straight forward with the process. I will recommend doing some research, know what you are looking for, and it makes it that much easier. I will be back when it's time for a new vehicle.

Muddled sale

onThere were definitely rough spots. The worst was when I brought the car home and it would not START! Dealer had to come to my house and bring me a loner Dead battery on a new sale. Unacceptable. A terrible inconvenience. Other problems included that I had to repeatly drive to dealer (out of town) to close the sale. The people I needed to meet with either were not there, were talking to other customers or terribly, terribly slow, making me late to or missing impotant doctor's appointments. I had a heart attack in December.

onCarie was amazing!!! He was extremely accommodating and attentive. He even walked me to the vehicle with an umbrella since it was raining. He helped me to clean out my old vehicle, removed my old tags and placed my new ones! Everyone I interacted with was phenomenal and extremely professional! They have a friend in me. I was treated like family. Keep up the great work!!!!!
