I had an overheating issue and my vehicle is still overheating over spending seven hundred to fix this issue the first time I thought GMC could fix a GMC I guess that is not a solely reliable source. I'm not upset just highly confused, questioning if I should try a second time with GMC.

Brian has been my serviceman for 10 years. He is always attentive, friendly, honest and provides the best customer services. I would not have kept my vehicle this long and continued to do business with Capital if it were not for Brian.

My AC was diagnosed by another dealership in Atlanta and couldn't find a problem even though we knew there was one. Brought it to Brian, and he got it repaired correctly the first time.

Service agents were outstanding. . ONLY negative is " I wasn't told that my appt time was a DROPOFF TIME". Luckily,I was picked up and 8 hrs later I was called and advised of the problem with my vehicle

I made the appointment and was not pleased with the little girl who handled that. However, when I got to the dealership yesterday, E.J. Laird met me at the door, called me by name, said he remembered me from earlier trips, etc. (I've had other people to deal with.) He could not have been any more...
