Never disappointed at Regal Nissan

by bsmith257 on 07/08/2016

Regal Nissan has the best pricing and selection on Leafs. Their sales process is honest and they always do exactly what they say they are going to do. This is my third vehicle from Regal and I have been very impressed with their service department as well.

Regal Nissan - Great Service & Sales

by Driveon123 on 03/20/2016

I've been working with the Regal Nissan Service Department for about 17 years now. The Regal Technicians have maintained my Nissan truck through 325,000 miles of dependable service. Paul Smith is always a great help when I need service on my truck. This was a big influence regarding where I purchased a new vehicle. I know that Regal Nissan will provide the same great service on my new Altima that I\'ve received on my 1997 Nissan. Andrea Barry and Stephen Lancaster did a great job on sales side with my new Altima. Stephen Lancaster was great to work with and the pricing was excellent. The process of buying my new Altima was quick and efficient. I am still trying to wrap my head around the great deal I received at Regal Nissan. Regal is definitely the place to buy a new Nissan.

Nissan Leaf Lease

by arunkumar1 on 03/06/2014

I recently bought Nissan Leaf from this dealer and I was not given lot of options where they could explain and chose for my better need but he was sticking to the specific and the my colleague took from another dealer for much better price with more options and the price is not near to comparing. When i asked about that the Manager was so rude since I already took the car so he was least bothered to talk to me about the huge price difference.

Great Internet Sales Experience

by LRatc on 03/24/2013

I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Altima by using the Internet Sales Department from the comfort of my own home and had a very good experience. The salesman was polite and not pushy. The negotiations were all handled via emails and a few phone calls, and I never had to haggle face-to-face or sit for long periods of time while the salesman discussed my desires with a manager. The responses to my email questions and offers were handled quite fast, and in the end I got the price I wanted (after research on Edmonds). I only went to the dealership once I completed negotiations so that I could have a test drive and inspect the vehicle prior to completing the paperwork -- which also went quickly as I had made an appointment and specified what I wanted ahead of time so that everything was ready when I arrived. I would repeat this experience without reservation the next time I decide to purchase a new car.

Games

by bctabb on 12/17/2009

Typical, textbook games-quoting sticker, running to the manager, add ons, and then getting nasty when their games are exposed. If you have the time and the stomach, you might be able to beat them down to a fair price...but do you want to give them the sale? Lousy after purchase care-didn't even explain the maintenence that came with the car-I wouldn't send anyone to this dealer.

Best car experience ever!

by jcramp on 01/24/2008

I never thought I'd be writing a good review of a car dealership, but after my experience at Regal, I felt compelled to let everyone know. I visited two Nissan dealers looking at the 2008 Sentra in person and became very frustrated with the normal hassle and rip off tactics I received. The first dealer swarmed me as soon as I got out of my car, the salesman was obviously new and could hardly answer any of my questions about the car. After driving it and liking it, I decided to have my car appraised and see what they could do on price. Now I had a 2002 Ford Focus with 65,000 miles in good shape. I realize it's not the most desirable car, but this was ridiculous. They showed me the numbers, charging me over $800 above sticker for the Sentra plus taxes and registration, then only offered me $1500 for my trade in. Since Kelley Blue Book valued my Ford at over $5000, I just looked at the sales man and laughed for a second. Then I got up, asked for my keys and let him know I was interested. The salesman was flustered, he said let me go get your keys and disappeared. During the 15 minutes he was gone "looking for my keys" ... the sales manager came over an introduced himself. He asked what the problem was and why he couldn't have my business. I explained to him that I don't do business with thieves. He then had the nerve to admit to his attempt to take advantage of me, passing it off as a business having to try and make money and that I shouldn't be offended, then offered me $4000 for my trade in and discounted the car. I told him he could give me $10,000 for my trade and I wouldn't do business with him on principle. He then started giving me some attitude, I had to threaten to call the police just to get my keys and get out of there!!!!! I then went to another dealer that wasn't near as bad, but still used similar tactics and instead of showing me a price after going through everything only wanted to talk to me about payments. He said if ican get your payment to $300 a month, will you buy it now? After I kept saying no, I don't care about payment, he kept coming down all the way to $225. I finally gave up and asked for my keys again. Of course a visit from the manager, I didn't even bother giving him a chance and I left. I took a week off from looking because I was so frustrated and decided to take a different approach. I contacted 3 other dealers over the internet and was glad to see some fair pricing off the bat for once! I ended up choosing to visit with Regal Nissan because they really took time in answering my questions and making sure I was satisfied. When I got there, nothing changed. The salesman told me everything I wanted to know about the car, took me on another test drive and showed me the numbers. He then got my car appraised and came back with $5200 for a value!! I was so happy that I didn't have to negotiate, we started signing paperwork immediately. Then came the amazing part. When I filled out the credit application he saw I worked for TBS. He then explained to me that TBS was a Nissan Partner and that they had a special purchase program set up. With in 10 minutes, he printed out some new numbers and saved me over $400. This was way above and beyond customer service. After completing paperwork with the salesman, I had a great experience with the finance manager and then I was personally introduced to a service manager who'd be my personal mechanic and he gave me a free oil change coupon. I've now been in my new Sentra for over a month. I love the car and am still shocked and satisfied wit h the great experience i had at Regal. Great job guys!
