This Toyota dealer does NOT have any integrity in what they promised. I am hugely upset with how they treated me. This is my experience: Monday morning I received a call from them regarding a quote for 2012 Toyota Sienna. They told me because it's the end of the month, they were willing to lose money on this car, so if I go there right now, i would make the deal without any more negotiating. This dealer is more than an hour away from me, so I specifically confirmed with them again about the deal, year, and the model of the Sienna. I also told them I don't want to negotiate anymore. After driving for more than an hour, I spoke with the manager that I've been dealing with, his name is Jason Tootle. He said to wait for a moment while they try to locate the car. Half an hour later, they came to me saying they thought the deal is for 2011 Sienna, which I know there's a $1000 rebate for it, and they won't honor the previous agreed price for 2012 Sienna over the phone. I am so upset, and after saying NO to their offer, everyone in the dealership tried to avoid me. Jason Tootle, the Internet Sales Director, kept talking over the phone, and won't say anything to me. NOT EVEN AN EMAIL, OR PHONE CALL after that. What a disgrace, they don't have any integrity in what they said. I won't trust anything this dealer says from that point. JASON TOOTLE, do you know that my wife is pregnant, and I had to drive almost 3 hours back and forth your dealer?????? You didn't even dare to talk to me after you messed up yourselves. I finally realized that Sandy Springs Toyota is the best Toyota dealership in Atlanta area.
