The WORST car buying experience! Buyer beware.

During selling process, I felt very rushed. The sales person talked over me, rushed me through my trade, made me wait endlessly to get to finance. The certified pre owned vehicle had acid rain and ants (yes ants!) in the vehicle the day I test drove. I told sales person (Rita) that was a dealbreaker on purchase if not resolved. She assured me it would be. On day of pickup Mr. Booker (GM) took me into showroom to give me the keys. Acid rain STILL on car, and ants still in backseat! I was livid! Said they will fix. Its now 4 since purchase and no follow-up phone call. Do not go to this dealership!

Car was making a hard shift and squeaky noise

Took the SUV into the service department as scheduled. Greeted at the bay door as usual. Went to set up working from the comfortable waiting area. It was a couple of hours before the service advisor had a recommendation for the needed transmission service, but it was able to be completed within 2 more hours. I work remotely from this service center when I bring in the car. It seems that they may overbook for the staff of technicians who work on the vehicles since I usually stay at least 3-4 hours or more but it is a busy location. Thankfully the building and restrooms are clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating to allowing customers quiet spaces to work privately.

Every competitor claims to be cheaper than the dealer, but haven’t heard one claim to be better. These are complicated pieces of machinery and paying top shelf people to do a great job can be worth the effort. Our almost 10 year old GLE 400 had a spa day and our newer AMG was in and out without even a bill. Once again, so appreciate Terry Castro and the service department. It is a real treat having quality people do a professional job on a vehicle. Also appreciated Mr. King helping us figure out Mercedes Me. Thanks so much!
