The staff at Jim Ellis Mazda, Marietta, Georgia, put the fun back into purchasing a new automobile. My Sales Consultant had exceptional skills and product knowledge, and I appreciated the fact that he worked with me every step of the way. Mazda deserves a tip of the hat too -- my new CX-5 Grand Touring Reserve truly feels like it was built just for me.

My experience with Jim Ellis Mazda was by far the best car buying experience I ever had! My husband and I were in the market for a second car & to say I did extensive research/homework would be an understatement. I had my composition book with my notes, I had my Iphone with my notes and important sites bookmarked. Jim Ellis was not my first stop but it was my last!! All of the other dealerships lacked care, personal touch and just good ole' customer service!! Ronn was awesome!! We were his very first customers and I couldn't tell if he it was not announced. Ron was knowledgeable and relaxed. The Sales Mangager Daryl not only worked his heart to try to get me a good deal but he GOT me a good deal by running the deal to the GM and made it happen!! Thank you guys!!! You rock and you made a lifelong customer!!! (Let me add my first stop was a Honda lot down the street but Mazda was and will always be my one and only now)

2016 Miata

I was interested in a 2016 Miata, and submitted a request through Edmonds.com which put me in touch with Eric and Bobby. I told them what I was looking for, and the minute it hit the lot Eric emailed me to let me know it was available for me to come see it. I came the next day and, of course, bought the car. The entire process was so easy and hassle-free! Bobby was very knowledgeable about the car, and answered all of my many questions. Even the dreaded "finance guy" was super easy to work with! I LOVE my new Miata, and had an absolutely amazing experience at Jim Ellis. Will definitely tell everyone who asks (and believe me, they are asking already) to go see Bobby and Eric!!

We drove over 300 miles to buy a car at Jim Ellis. The car we wanted was in stock. The buying experience was great. Our sales rep (Dick) was extremely knowledgeable about the car and a very helpful person. He made our car buying experience wonderful. The sales manager was very nice and helped with any questions that we had. The finance manager was extremely helpful in our decisions with finance.

2012 Mazda 6 i touring

When we first arrive on the lot the customer service was excellent. We had two sales agents to greet us, once we told them that we spoke to Mike MacLennan, one of the sales agent went to get Mike MacLennan and the other sales agent offer us water. Once we meet Mike MacLennan, his greeting was warm and welcoming. His was very honest and up front with us. His personality made it very easy to talk to him. This is my second tine purchasing a car in thirteen years, and I thank Mike for making this experience pleasant for me. The whole staff at Jim Ellis was welcoming; everyone had a smile on their face. 2015 Mazda 3 i Touring Sedan

On Saturday Jan 17 2015 I bought a 2015 Mazda 3 sedan i touring, soul red form Jim Ellis Marietta. Hilton Young was my sales rep. Overall I had an amazing experience. Hilton was very knowledgeable, kind, never pushy, attentive, explained every step of the process in a very detailed manner. I also met Rick, the GM, a couple of times. He was the same way, very competent, kind, not pushy. Offered me what I thought was a good deal. Ultimately I decided to purchase this car both for the features of the car itself and the very positive experience I had with Hilton and Rick. Great job guys. I will most certainly recommend your dealership and the Mazda brand to anyone I know who is in the market for a vehicle.

We were greeted immediately by Hilton Young. He was professional, kind, and completely non-pushy. We ended up purchasing a gorgeous CX-7 that was everything we wanted. The finance guy, Nestor, worked some serious magic. I don't know how he did it, but he managed to get us an amazing rate on our used car. Better than we even thought possible. Can't say nice enough things about our experience at Jim Ellis Mazda. Seriously impressed!

I purchased my new CX-5 on October 24 from Mike Fresquez. I came in and test drove the model and then corresponded with Mike and Dave Evans to gather leasing information, etc. They were both very professional and courteous to my needs. Before this vehicle I leased a Mazda 5 from your dealership and before that I owned a Mazda MPV which I purchased in Connecticut. I came to Jim Ellis to drive a 2010 CX9 I saw online. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. My salesman was outstanding and knew everything about the car. I bought the car a few days later. The dealership was able to beat the interest rate from my credit union and the purchase was easy. I was slightly disappointed when I drove off the lot. The detail job on the car could have been better and the air in the new tires was significantly low. All in all, it was a good experience and I would buy from them again. Wish there were closer to home.

I recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Jim Ellis and had an excellent experience all throughout the entire purchase process. Hilton, my salesperson, was wonderful. He can answer most any question you have regarding a Mazda and has the patience to listen and understand your needs as a buyer. He worked with me thoroughly to help decide exactly what I wanted in my new car. We compared countless vehicles on the lot to see trim level, transmission, features and packages, and of course color. I test drove two Mazda 3s with Hilton; one an automatic and the other a 6 speed manual. With both vehicles Hilton planned out a lengthy and comprehensive route aimed at demonstrating the many new technology and safety features in the vehicle. This was a completely unusual experience for me as I am used to the more typical 5 minute, quarter-mile loop that most other dealers will take you out on. I finished my drive in both vehicles with a clear understanding of the vehicles capabilities and all of the tech and safety features that it boasts. After much research and consideration Hilton helped me decided on exactly which vehicle we were looking for, which in my case was a very rare vehicle to find. Hilton and Rick (new car sales manager) immediately got to work on locating the exact vehicle I was in search for. The were able to locate and bring in my new car quickly and avoid any unnecessary transfer millage that would have degraded my vehicles value. They worked diligently to accomplish this in a timely manner and never asked me for any deposits, charged shipping or anything else that would have created a hassle on my end. The simply took me at my word and located the perfect vehicle for my purchase. Overall I feel that I got the perfect vehicle for me at a great price. The service level from Hilton and Rick, as well as the finance/support staff was always exemplary and I never felt pressured or hassled along the way. I look forward to future business with Jim Ellis and would certainly recommend not only a Mazda to a friend, but to buy it from Hilton at Jim Ellis.

Having owned five Mazda's already, there was no doubt that I would be buying another one...I didn't bother looking at any other brands. I was debating whether to replace my '07 Mazda3 (which had 225k miles) with another Mazda3 or a CX-5. One of the first vehicles I looked at was a Certified Pre-owned 2014 Mazda3i GT Hatchback at this dealership. Afterwards, I spent weeks doing research and looking at a few CX5's at other dealerships. Roosevelt, the Sales Consultant from this dealership, stayed in touch with me without being intrusive. I never felt pressured to make a decision. When I decided I wanted the Mazda3 that Roosevelt had shown me, I returned to the dealership on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon. Despite how busy it was, I never felt rushed or ignored. I had done quite a bit of research and knew what I was willing to pay for the car. I presented my numbers to Roosevelt, which he took to his manager. He came back with a price that was exactly what I had in mind. I didn't have to deal with any of the back and forth negotiations like I've experienced with most other vehicle purchases. The rest of the purchase process was seamless and all of the staff were great! The 2014 Mazda 3 is an awesome car, and this was truly the best car buying experience that I've ever had! I would certainly recommend Jim Ellis Mazda of Marietta to anyone in the market for a new vehicle.

I originally was in the market for a used Mazda AWD CX-5. I was initially disappointed to discover that there where were limited supplies of 2014 models available for purchase. However, after pricing 2015 models at both Jim Ellis Mazda and their competitors, Jim Ellis won hands down. Once I compared the relatively limited price differential of those used cars available with newer models, in conjunction with the professionalism, collegiality and respect conveyed by Steve M. and Eric B.,it made my decision to purchase a new, 2015 CX-5 from Jim Ellis quite easy!Overall, it was a very positive experience: Looking forward to a long relationship with their dealership!
