After negotiating for about 2 weeks, asking al lot of questions (it was hard to get them to provide info), agreeing on a price, things seemed too good to be true. When they brought up the paperwork, the price was over $1000 more of what was agreed. They proceeded to lie to me saying that the finance manager never agreed to the price and that he never talked to me about the price. I had spoke to him in person two days before to clarify the terms of the offer. I could not make sense of the price sheet they gave me two days before, but the final agreed price was ok with me. When I inquired about the increase of the price, they said it was because I could not combine the finance offer with the discounts they were giving me. HOWEVER, I specifically asked about this two days before and they said I could. Classic hook tactic. I simply left the place. I got an email from the manager asking about my experience and I told him what happened. NEVER got a reply back. This was about 4 months ago. I decided to wait to buy the car until now. I requested a quote thru Edmunds from this dealership (unfortunately is close to my house, so I decided to give them another chance) and never got a response back.
