





READ REVIEW OF WALSH HONDA DEALERSHIP SERVICE






I've only used these guys twice in ten years, even though they're the closest dealer to my office. The reason is that I've had bad experiences both times. The first time, they ignored the fact that I had an appointment and put my car in the back of the line even though I was waiting (not a drop-off like most of the vehicles in the shop that day.) The second time, they ignored my very specific description of the symptoms and insisted on replacing a keyless remote even though the remote wasn't even in the same state when the alarm began to malfunction. They also went prospecting for other "problems" to make money from, and were very aggressive in trying to "upsell" a higher level of "service" than was required. I own two Hondas, and I drive 30 miles out of my way to another dealer for service because I don't like doing business with Walsh.
