5 Star Mazda service department actually needs a minus rating. They do not honor Mazda warranty for new vehicle purchases. They tried to fix my heat but did not and left so much damage to my car. They chipped both front door frames, did not fix my heat, and left my car's heater blowing toxic coolant...
