Lydia got me in the same day I called for my first oil and filter change on my 2013 Legacy. The turn around time was quick and she answered all my questions. I was happy to see Steve N. as service manager who I'd met earlier at another Subaru dealership.

Had the spare tire cover latch strap fail. Called the dealer and had a strap held for me. When I returned from a trip I called dealer and they had me come over and the assistant service manager installed the replacement in no time. Very impressive and she can sure handle a screw driver.

I had a rattle in the A-pillars of a 2012 Impreza and Kennesaw Subaru took care of the problem as promised. Their waiting area is very nice with coffee, wifi, and a work area. Always a pleasant experience.
