After test driving several car brands, I tried a new Subaru Outback. It was like coming home. It fits well, every comfort imaginable is addressed, there are safety features galore, more entertainment and features than I'll ever use and it looks great! Stephanie was my salesperson and she was very knowledgeable and kind. She spent time going over all the car's features and getting me set up. This was a very good experience for a first time buyer and I recommend Stephanie and Subaru of Kennesaw to you.

Treated like a Queen!!!

From the moment we walked through the door we were greeted. We worked with John Melchiore who seemed to be a mind reader because he knew exactly what I wanted. I knew I wanted a Crosstrek but never expected to drive off the lot with one that I love. They made it so easy!! Between John Melchiore and Michael Deem, I left feeling like I had made a great choice. Good job guys!!!

We went in on a whim to browse a Kia Sorento I had seen online. Luckily we got paired with Morris as our salesman. He was a hoot! Loved doing business with him. He made it so easy and was a funny guy to boot. My wife and I nicknamed him Uncle Vinnie, lol. All around a great experience!

What can I say? Sir Morris was truly a great person to work with. Very patient and kind in my decision making of an Outback or my final choice of the Cross Trek. I must also give my compliments to Richard who was able to explain to many safe features of the Cross Trek as well. I was very happy and pleased with the way I was taken care of. They are very friendly and attentive from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave. The process was very easy and at no time did I feel pressure to buy. William Howard was excellent to work with and you can tell the caring atmosphere of the dealership. I would highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw!!!

We were over an hour away from the dealership and showed up an hour before close. Everyone was so amazing and we left in our new Subaru Outback Wilderness. Our sales woman Stephanie was amazing. Not at all pushy and very patient. We took several months to explore which Subaru Ascent trim was the right fit and price. Stephanie helped us explore our options and gave us the time and space we needed to make a decision while informing us of updates on what was coming in stock. Purchased a 2023 Subaru Forester Sport with Crystal White Pearl Paint and cool orange accents. This is our 2nd purchase from Subaru of Kennesaw, and like our 1st purchase, everything went smoothly. Why? Because they aren't pushy, don't try to talk you into something you don't want. They show you the vehicle your interested in, let you drive it, explain the features, ask if you have questions and let you decide when you're ready to buy. They let you know the different options, and let you decide what is right for you. Also their service department is always friendly and helpful! That's why we came back to purchase our 2nd vehicle from them.

23' Forester Premium Was the Easiest Car Purchase I've Had

My ’23 Forester Premium makes Subaru number 3 for me. Subaru of Kennesaw made car buying easy with no pressure, plenty of resources to decide about your purchase & a helpful staff when the time is right. I looked at other makes, but never got the same feel of comfort that I did with Subaru of Kennesaw. From an initial visit in February to an order placed in late June, there was never any pressure. Stephanie Nathanael showed me cars, answered questions and guided me in my purchase. The Subaru website and dealer website are excellent research resources to make a very informed decision about what you want for a model, trim, as well as option packages. I utilized the dealer website to pick from the inventory, but knew that it lacked a few accessories that were easy to add through the Accessory Catalog in the Parts & Service tab on the Subaru of Kennesaw site after placing my order. My car took about 2/3 weeks to arrive & my accessory order was waiting. Stephanie and Matt from parts let me know about each step in the final process. Taking delivery was simple with no hidden fees, adjustments or mark-ups & explained thoroughly by Bill Scarbrough. If you want a quality vehicle and a good sales experience, give Subaru of Kennesaw a look.
