Service writer Justin handled everything very efficiently. He arranged for the vehicle to be picked up at my home. The pick up was prompt and on time. The driver was very courteous. Justin called me when the vehicle arrived. They did exactly what they were supposed to do. It was in delivered back to my home, and a very timely fashion.

Had F150 back wheel well liners Installed and inquired on bed covers. The entire experience from part dept to service. All were very helpful with knowledge and friendlyness. This is the 2nd oil change I have gotten at the dealership. Even with an appointment the 1st time took over 3 hours while I waited there. The 2nd one took 2 hours with an appt while waiting there. Customer service was good. The wait time however was not.

Great service! I love that they will use lyft to pick you up and drop you off. My appointment was at 7:45 AM and by 8:11 am I was back home. I received a call lyft was on its way to pick me up by 1130 and was back home with my vehicle before noon!!! Top notch service. I say all busy moms go here.
