I stopped by Rick Hendrick Chevrolet in Duluth today and spoke to Sales person named Kareef. I didn't have an appointment and didn't have much time, but he was willing to answer all of my questions and will definitely be contacting him once I'm ready to purchase!

Alex and Jaider worked with me to help pick a new Truck that had a the items I had on my list. I was replaceing a 2007 truck with 264000 miles. Both took time to set in my new truck and go over all the controls and buttons. They did a VERY good job making sure I understood all. Also if any questions come to feel free to call any time.

Satisfied sale experience

Was greeted by Miguel Guerrero at Rick Hendrick Chevrolet Duluth. He showed me around the vehicle that I was interested in and answered my questions thoroughly. He suggested that I take the vehicle for a test drive. Durning the time he did not pressuring me into purchasing, but gave me the time to decide. The facility was very clean and well organized. The staff was very friendly and willing to answer any and all questions that I had. All this led to a positive decision on my part to purchase from Miguel Guerrero. Would highly recommend paying Miguel a visit if your in the market for a new Chevrolet.

Easy to deal with bought over the phone never saw the car, but it was exactly as described. They even deliver to your doorstep, no issues price g was good also. Miguel was Great and made the process easy. Paperwork was easy also electronic signatures and just fedex you the docs to sign. Highly recommend this Dealership good pricing and Great service! Texas!

Dondray was the best!

This was my first experience with purchasing a car and DONDRAY WILLIAMS WAS THE BEST!!! He was very patient and transparent with me during the process and maintained professional during my visit. If I ever had to purchase another vehicle I would only want to purchase from him at the same dealership. He explained the process very well and made sure that I was able to get what I wanted within my budget range. I traded in my 2011 Chevy Cruze and upgraded to a 2021 Jeep Compass which I love so much. He continuously made me feel comfortable during the process as I always get anxious with making large purchases. The other team members were great as well and explained the financing process and any documents prior to me signing. I would highly recommend Rick Hendricks Duluth and Dondray Williams.

Dondray Williams was a pleasure to work with. My experience with him was great, I would recommend him to others. My overall experience with the dealership was decent at best. I personally do not enjoy any dealership because the buyer usually gets the short end of the stick. Excited for my new truck.

As an out of state buyer, Ricardo picked me up from the airport and arrived earlier than my arrival. First indication that I was important as a buyer. Zhaleesi Brownhue is the bomb.com. First and foremost her energy is everything. Her excitement and bubbly personality made me excited about my car purchase. I came in nervous and worried about not being approved. She continuously reassured me not to worry. And my God she truly made it happen. I was approved for a BRAND NEW car y’all when I thought I’d barely qualify for a certified used car. God is GOOD and Zhaleesi is GREAT! Y’all better get at her ASAP if you need a car.

Dishonest dealer. Didn't tell you a new car was rented for 1 week.

We purchased a 2023 chevy traverse LT cloth from Timothy Peterson. We wanted a new car and we paid $39000 for it. It turned out the car has 300 miles on it already. We asked him why there was so many miles on it and he said it's because it was driven from one dealership to another. He didn't tell us that the car was rented for 1 week (for those people who had their car in service), which we found out in the paperwork after we got home, and he didn't show us the paperwork during purchasing. We asked him many times and he guarantee us it was a new car. Dishonest dealer. Wouldn't recommend to anyone, and would tell my experience to anyone who want to buy a car
