Bait and switch

Car was never there. Made appt. and drive 4 hours to be told it had sold yesterday. What’s so funny is , they text us to make sure we were on our way and we confirmed when we were 1 hour out.

Lousy Service

I dropped my car off at 7:15am for a scheduled service call later that morning. After waiting 45 minutes to meet with my service advisor I decided to leave. Finally saw him and went into his office to told him the issue I had and that I had to leave town two days later for 1,000 round trip. He assured me everything would be taken care of and he would get back to me. 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time I called for an update. No return call. 3 hours later I called again to be told they hadn't gotten to it. I asked why I bothered to schedule an appointment and why I had not gotten a call -- no answer. He asked for 5 minutes to get an update. Got a call back 30 minutes later with no information. He assured me it would be the first car the next morning and he should have some answers for me by 9am. At 11am I call and again no call back. I then call and ask for the service manager but he did not answer. The receptionist said she would email the Service Director to call me -- no call back again. I went to the Nalley website and a chat agent asked if she could assist. Again I asked for a call back -- still nothing. At the time I write this they have had my car for over 30 hours and not a single status call or resolution. Never again....

Poor Communication and Customer Service

In mid-September, 2016, Nalley listed a white/red, Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) 2014 BMW 640i Gran Coupe for sale on its dealership website, AutoTrader.com, and BMWUSA.com. I promptly called the Pre-Owned sales department and spoke with Fatimah. Fatimah was friendly and verified the car was still in stock. She went as far as to send me pictures of the car from her phone as there were not yet any pictures online. Fatimah asked me if I wanted to come in and see/drive the car and I informed her that I lived about 200 miles away in TN and would have to check my schedule. I called Fatimah the next day and informed her that my wife and I would be driving to Atlanta the following weekend to see the car. Fatimah said she needed to check to see if the car was cleaned and prepped and that she would call me back. The next day was a Thursday, and when I didn't hear back from her, I called and learned that Thursday was her day off. When Friday came around, I called her again, only to get her voicemail. Fatimah returned my call later that day and said she was still waiting to hear back about the car and that their service department was making some last minute checks, but that is should be ready for us to see when we arrived on Saturday. Fatimah said she would call us Saturday morning. We never heard back from Fatimah on Saturday like she promised. I called Fatimah on the drive to Atlanta around noon on Saturday and she said she was hoping the car would be ready for us to see when we arrived. When I arrived at Nalley BMW that afternoon, the Pre-Owned sales manager introduced himself and told me that the car was undergoing its CPO inspection and that it was not ready to be sold. I asked the manager why the car was listed on their website (and several others) as a CPO car if it was not yet certified. I also asked why the car had been online for nine days prior if it could not be sold. The manager told me that BMW lists the car and that he had no control over it. (I suspected that story to be a bit, if not entirely fabricated, but I digressed.) He offered to let us see the car in the shop, and we obliged. We liked it, although we were frustrated that we could not drive it or buy it like we had been led to believe. I asked the manager to call me when the car was ready and he assured me that he would. I never again heard from the used sales manager, despite leaving him a message the next week. After repeated inquiries and little to no response over the next two weeks, my wife and I decided to give up on Nalley and purchase a different car from a different Atlanta BMW dealer. Of course, Fatimah called me the day after I bought a different car to tell me the 640i was finally ready. I was practically handing them a sale, but they broke promise after promise and communicated poorly, if at all. Had the communication been better, I would have waited for the car to be ready. Nalley certainly needs to do some internal training on customer service and communication. They should not list cars for sale as CPO that can neither cannot be sold or certified for 3 or more weeks. I hope the process is better for future Nalley customers. I certainly will not consider them again, nor will I recommend them to friends and family.

Awesome service

We had our daughter's car towed in on Thanksgiving night. When we arrived at the dealership on Black Friday Sean told us he would do all that he could to get the car up and running by the end of the day and he did! Awesome, professional, & friendly.

Excellent service and world class experience

I would like to thank my service adviser Matthieu Chin for going above and beyond to make sure I have my vehicle serviced same day. Although it was a busy Friday morning he did everything he could to have all the work done by the end of the day. Very helpful SA and knowledgeable. Nalley BMW will definitely be my dealership to have my car serviced moving forward.

Nalley BMW Good Service

I was immediately assisted upon my arrival and assigned a service adviser. I was given a loaner (per my request) and the check-out process was easy. The only issue I had was having to continuously check-in with my service adviser regarding the status of my vehicle. I had to leave messages and at times did not receive a response. Having someone check in with me on the status of my vehicle was the only portion of my visit I had an issue with; other than that, this will definitely be my new BMW service center.

Great Service

My car was experiencing engine issue and I was traveling from out of town. Matt in the service department did an amazing job to get my car towed to the dealership, repaired & then delivered 240 miles to my home. This was all done with zero out of pocket expense to me.

Fantastic Service Adviser

Very clean. Very professional and efficient operation. The refreshment bar was a nice touch for those of us who had to wait. However, two hours on a barstool took its toll. An upholstered area, near the bar, with TV news, would have been nice.

Rui Guimaraes is the Best!!

I recently purchased a M235i from Rui Guimaraes at Nally BMW. Rui was helped me get exactly what I wanted and did everything he could to help me make an informed decision. Personally, I was struggling to decide between a Manual or Automatic Transmission and a Convertible or Coupe. With no M235i coupes in the area Rui let me drive his personal Coupe to help me with my decision. He also helped me decide between manual and automatic. Once I made my decisions, Rui was able to get an allocation to build the exact car I wanted and made the process easy for me. Other BMW dealers in the Atlanta area couldn't and wouldn't do the same for me which was very disappointing. Thank you Rui and Nally BMW for helping me get the right information and experiences to make my decision and obtain the car I wanted. I would recommend you to all my friends and family!
