I arrived at the dealership at about 6pm with a trade and left by 9. I worked with Dewayne and he was great. I insisted on a crew cab as my previous truck was an extended cab and it did not work with two 60lb Boxer dogs and a 12 year old boy. The incentives offered on the truck helped a lot. I told them that I did not want an increase in monthly payment from what I was currently paying and they got me to within $7 dollars after I denied their first offer. Overall, they were very professional, answered my questions, and I got a really good deal. For people who bash dealerships, take somebody with you who knows what they're doing. If you don't know what you're doing, any dealership will make tons more money off of you because that's how they make their money.
