My husband called the dealership this morning about a specific car that we had decided on because of a medical condition I have been diagnosed with in my back. He said we live about 3 hours away and he would be driving in to buy it. After driving an hour he gets a call saying that someone else was interested and probably buying it. Another hour of driving and he gets a call that they sold it out from underneath us. We were going in, check in hand to buy it outright. After this happens, they had the audacity to email me to ask if there was another car they could find for me. My husband wasted almost 5 hours of his day, over 200 miles on our car, and gas to do so. They were completely inconsiderate and to actually contact us to try to sell us something else after this experience was unbelievable. This is not customer service, this is the epitome of what the stereotypical car dealership is that no one really wants to deal with
