Stolen from Dealership

Pros:
They did pay for a rental for 2 0r 3 days, after theft. While truck was in shop for over a month.
Cons:
Irresponsible and incompetent organization

My car was stolen from this dealership, it was just in for service. They refused to acknowledge that they were responsible.  I had to file it on my insurance.  It has been the worse headache, now my insurance is fighting w/ the dealership and their insurance to get back the almost 20k in damages ...
