08 Envoy Denali lease: by gmfan3319 on Fri Jul 18 10:39:24 PDT 2008; Hello, I am a new member and the reason for joining is to see how much I would be looking at for a 39 month lease for a GMC Envoy Denali. The total MSRP, according to GMC's website is $38,500. Below ar some details: -$0 down or $1,000 down -I live in Rochester, NY -12,000 Miles per year With supplier cost and any GM incentives, what would my payments look like. I would like to pay, at the maximum, $450/month. Please let me know what I need to do to get there. Thanks!

Further reducing the price was -$5000 (loyalty) -$2000 (rebate), -$2600 in GM Card Earnings. Whether there is such thing as a good deal on a 6000lb gas guzzling SUV when gas is heading to $5+/gallon I'm not sure, but this seemed like at least not a bad deal ;)

[Car_man]: by thothtp on Thu Feb 21 18:40:38 PST 2008; I was wondering if anyone could tell me the current lease rates on a Sierra 1500 4x4 with the 5.3L V8. this would be 12k miles, in the upstate NY area. As far as options, if it changes anything I am looking for a typically equipped regular or extended cab, not crew. Thanks for the help, -Tyler

Acadia Lease Questions: by jacsdad on Mon Jan 21 14:28:28 PST 2008; I'm hoping someone can figure out what I've messed up here... I'm using the Edmund's calculator to figure a lease payment, but can't get the same payment the dealer is quoting. Here are the details: MSRP 41,410 Invoice 38,307 My Price 38,895 Conquest Rebate 500 Down @ signing 2,311 for tax, fees etc (plus 1st month's payment) Residual 62% Money Factor 6.5% (they quote APR, not factor...not sure why it's not the 8% I've been seeing from other posts) Sales Tax (Nassau County NY) 8.625% I plug this all in and get a 471.47 payment for 39 months. Dealer quotes it as $517/mo. So what am I missing? And are those terms considered decent? Thanks....
