If it's not in writing, it's worthless. What repairs/work did they say was needed? $6300 is pretty cheap for an even bottom of the line LS 02 TB. The list price for retail is almost $11,000 (not accounting for any mileage adjustment).

I wouldn't limit myself to 10K miles per year. I would go with option 2, and try to negotiate the price down to get a lower monthly lease rate.
