If any one want to know what the residuals, rates, or rebates are for your area just post your zip code and I would be happy to pull them for you. I am an F&I guy at a Ford Store and have access to the info.

I wonder if there is a way of checking. I bought a brand new 98 F150 back then. I wonder if there is something connected to that or not. Email your last name and zip code to the email in my profile and I can check for you. Also go to the Ford web site and request a brochure on the Edge and there is an good chance you will get a $750 offer in the mail. It is a private offer. We call them hand raisers. They are no good for Plan buyers

Get a quote from the military sales store at the PX and shop it against some dealers. In the "old days" you could get some great deals from military sales, especially on BMWs, Volvos, etc... With so much competition, I do not think this is true today. Depending on the state where you register the vehicle once you return to the US, you may be able to avoid sales tax (AZ is one, GA is not one). States like TN/KY allow military members to purchase cars without paying any sales tax if you are assigned to Fort Campbell. Good Luck.

Carman, unless it varies by region that owner loyalty money is only for people who own a Super Duty truck and buying another Super Duty truck. You don't have to trade it just show ownership. It does not work if you own a F150 and not a Super Duty. At least in my region that is the way it is.

Another First Time Lease?
by pelizza35 on Sun Aug 12 08:42:51 PDT 2007
I live in Knoxville, TN and am looking to lease an SEL fwd with MSRP of 30,195 that they will have delivered from Atlanta. I have no trade and will receive the .75% apr. I am dealing with Ray Viles Ford at zip 37705. I feel like I'm being Jacked around because they are telling me for 36 mo. 15,000 miles that I would have to put down $1,000 to be at $485mo. I have tried to calculate this myself with no fees while receiving the #1,250rebate and adding the $595. Can someone break this down for me and help me with where I should be at. I dont want to put any money down except first payment and taxes..
