Re: 2012 Escape LTD AWD 4 Cyl in PA [larrybhunter] by Car_man on Sun Jan 29 15:17:25 PST 2012

Greetings larrybhunter. Ford Credit's January Philadelphia region base lease rate and residual value for a 36-month lease of a 2012 Escape LTD AWD with 15,000 miles per year are 1.25% and 54%, respectively. I don't believe that there is a limit to the number of trade-in assistance offers that can be redeemed during the program. It shouldn't matter what condition your vehicle is in either. 2012 Escape LTD AWD 4 Cyl in PA by larrybhunter on Tue Jan 10 10:56:34 PST 2012

Hi I'm interested in the money factor and residual for the above model in PA. It appears there are currently offering 1500 customer cash and possibly 500 trade in assistance. I also get the X plan price. Is there a limited number of vehicles that get the trade in assistance? Does the vehicle have to be in excellent condition? I'm trading in a 2008 Saturn Aura.

Good deal? by bbechtel16 on Tue Aug 16 21:53:58 PDT 2011

I am waiting for the full lease breakdown in writing, but I'd like to run the out-the-door figures past the experts: Sterling Gray Metallic SE sedan, automatic, 203A, sport, and winter, 36mo/15k, including TTT (new plates and 9% PA tax on the lease) $2,929 down $275 /mo Also would consider (perhaps prefer) a base SEL if the numbers work, and if I can find one! The salesman of the car I'm looking at now says because of all the promotions on the SE, and higher residual VS the SEL, it wouldn't make sense. But he also doesn't have an SEL to sell me sooo...

Hi matttw618. Ford Credit's July base lease rate and residual value for a 39 month lease of a 2011 Edge SE FWD with 12,000 miles per year in its Philadelphia region are 3.0% and 53%, respectively. The residual value for a lease with only 10,000 miles per year would be 1% higher. You shouldn't have much trouble getting the dealer to calculate your lease payment using these numbers. If I was in the market for this truck right now, I personally would shoot for a selling price of $500 to $1,000 over invoice minus the $1,750 cash incentive that is available on leases of this truck in your area right now. PA numbers by matttw618 on Mon Jul 11 13:01:37 PDT 2011

hi Car man... can you clue me in on the numbers for a basic FWD SE with a 39/10k lease and 39/12k? (zip 19335) Also, do you know if I'd be able to negotiate any on these numbers or do the dealers stick to them pretty strictly? i am guessing my best bet is to negotiate down the selling price? appreciate the numbers and thoughts.
