Re: 09 F-150 [jvos]

According to the online dealer inventories here in Central Florida there still are quite a few F150's, mainly looking at STX's (w/ Sports Pkg.), both reg and supercabs. I really don't want a supercab or else I would have jumped on the August incentive of $10,500 discount (-2000 package, -3500 retail rebate, -3000 loyalty, -2000 FMCC). So right now you still have, on a reg cab STX Sport, $6500 off (-2000 package, -3500 retail rebate, 1000 FMCC). If Ford would bring back loyalty, maybe add some to retail and FMCC or even additional X-Plan money I might trade my '04 Ranger Edge.
Picked up my 2009 FEH Tonight - 8/14
by cwgmls on Wed Aug 13 17:39:58 PDT 2008
I ordered my Light Ice Blue 4WD on May 9th with Z Plan. Through blueoval.com, I found out that it was manufactured on June 23rd and supposedly shipped on June 25th. Blueoval said the delay was "weather related" and then my saleman said something about a mass "quality control" check. My dealer (central NJ) received it some time last week while I was on vacation. There was a sticker on the window that stated it was driven for a quality control check. Hopefully this was normal and not due to some issue. Good luck to all those who are waiting. According to my salesman, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to which orders get built and when.

Thanks for Blueoval.com tracking tip

Thanks to whoever posted the info on receiving tracking from Blueoval.com. In less than an hour (after I finally figured out how to post - you must click on "Post New Topic" way at the bottom), I received the following info on the AWD FEH Base Model, I ordered, as well as a pdf file of the sticker. Unfortunately, no ship date, yet. Receipt Date: 5/9/2008 Serialize Date: 5/22/2008 Segment Date: 5/22/2008 Sequence Date: 6/9/2008 Blend Date: 6/13/2008 Produced Date: 6/23/2008 Gate Release Date: Ship Date: Arrival Date: Sold Date: As far as pricing, I ordered mine through the Z Plan and the price was $27811.34. Thanks to another post, I also found out that the Priority Number I had was 11 - just one off of the highest. This is from a dealer in Central NJ.
FX4 Lease Offer
by jpcarter on Sat Jun 14 12:13:36 PDT 2008
Hi, just left the dealer with this offer: FX4, sticker price $40,690 - purchase price $34,000 / $2,500 down $343.24 per month / 24 months-- they will also throw in bedliner ($216) They are telling me the money factor is 1%, Residual is .57, 10,500 miles a year, For some odd reason they are using $41,385 as the MSRP to figure the residual...has to do with a $695 discount on the sticker for captian's chair??? From looking at the papers it looks like the $2,500 included the first month's payment. Can you let me know if this is a good deal. I feel there should be a little more of a discount but they insist this is the bottom line..... Thanks for your help. I am in central NY
About to sign a lease - I think
by goodyedmunds on Fri Aug 31 07:58:11 PDT 2007
Car Man - long time reader, first time poster - I could use some specific help now, beyond all of the general help I've had in the past I've been back in forth on the '08 Tahoe and the '08 Expedition. The Expedition proposal that I am closest to right now is as such: The dealer's MSRP quote on the '08 Limited built out the way I want matches the Edmunds built out MSRP of $47,910. The dealer tells me that he is selling at invoice to me, which he quotes as $44,200. Even if I add in the $300 for the chrome grill they are putting into the Limited (you can't order it as an option from the factory and we don't like the body color grill) he is still a little north of the Edmunds invoice quote. So be it for now: Can you offer an opinion on the whole package: MSRP $47,910 (or $48,210 if you want to add the grill here) Invoice quote of $44,200 12m miles/$634 a month/and a $2,500 check for whatever else (inceptions, cap cost, I don't think I care how they use it do I) The uncomfortable part is that he is telling me that the program can change by the time the truck gets delivered - say mid to late October. How does anyone sign on for that? I think I know my payments but then they change when I actually get it? He says the current program is a $500 rebate, 3.25%, and a 48% residual. I'll take anyone's advice - thumbs up or down? Many thanks. For what it's worth this is being done in Central/Northern New Jersey.
