Buying a car from a Ford Car Dealer
Howdy Car_man Im looking to lease a 2012 Ford Edge FWD Limited in Las Vegas, NV for 24mths with 10500mi/yr. May I please have the residual and base lease rate values for my area? Thanks in advance!
Shopped 3 dealers, one out of state. Best offer was on a 2012 Limited with everything but 4WD. Sticker priced at $46,507. Got it for $41,563, $3,000 down, 15,000 mile lease for $630/month, 39 months. That's actually $1,000 back of invoice, or X-plan pricing. I didn't have X-plan, but they gave me the same deal. The General Manager took care of me personally, because I know the owner of the store. So I'm sure everybody can't get the same deal, but I'm super happy. And love the car so far. This is our 8th Explorer.
Sticker, $46,507, paid $41,563. 15,000 mile/year lease. $630.00/month with Wear Care. 39 months, $3000 down. Wonderful dealership, Friendly Ford, Las Vegas.
Around $22,000 for basic 2WD, XLT, 4 cylinders, around 5,000 miles, if you can believe that. Escapes (and most Fords these days) are pricey. Limited 6 cylinders 4WD are about $25,000. Hybrids are about $30,000. Unbelievable, no? Frankly, you may as well buy a 2011 new.
I hope you bought it. I love all 5 of mine.
