Coming from a sales background I know and can appreciate good customer service. I cannot convey just how smooth the whole process was at Maroone Cadillac. My experience started by describing on the phone to Sherry Marquis what my must haves were and what I was looking for as well as my concerns. She called me back a bit later and we narrowed things down a bit more. We also discussed my trade in. It's very rare that someone much less a sales person actually listens to you and takes what you describe and translates that into exactly what you're looking for. Now, I live and work about 50 miles away from this dealership but the trip was well worth it. When I arrived Clive Watson was waiting with a 2 door and 4 door CTS parked out front for me to test drive. While Clive and I went on our test drive David Wolfe took my trade in for a test drive to make sure it was what I had described on the phone. When I arrived back at the dealership we got to work on the paperwork and then I met with PJ. He had me laughing the entire time and I almost forgot I was signing my life away. I appreciated the time he took in describing all the possible coverages and add ons with me. I was in and out in an hour and a half and I'm now a proud Caddy owner. My experience was well worth the hour drive in both directions! If you had to choose between Maroone and another dealer in the area I would say call Maroone all the way!
