Richard Claxton was very much appreciated as our salesman, and Josh Norris as the owner of the business was very courteous as well and made my husband and I feel apprecaited as customers. Richard was very knowledgable about the Sync system and offered us assistance if we needed it when we got the vehicle home. We most definetely will keep Ford and Ron norris in our sites for future vehicle needs. So impressed, too, that Ford took no bailout money and our Mustang was made and assembled in the US :) sincerely- Robin
