Pros:: Overall very personable and professional
Cons:: Showroom not as attractive.

Process was quick and simple, had to put up with just one instance of "high-pressure" tactics (from a sales manager), which were quickly retreated when we walked out on that. Overall a very smooth experience, and no runaround or mind games, IMHO.

This is in regard to the Toyota Dealer in Brandon Florida. I was extremely disappointed in the integrity of their sales force. I was given a fixed price on my trade in and was told they would sell me a vehicle at invoice. Fortunately I asked that they fax me a Buyers Order before coming in to buy...
