Pros:: None!
Cons:: They let me get stuck! Could have been easily prevented!

My battery on my 2005 545i needed replacing. Instead of doing that, the dealer charged it up and I promptly got stuck some 4 hours later in a Walmart parking lot.

I had to have the car towed to the dealer the next day and they installed a new battery.

The dealer didn't want to install a bat...
