I purchased a 2012 Toyota Highlander from David Maus Toyota on October 1, 2011. First, there are jerks at EVERY dealership. I was fortunate enough to be routed to Johny Calle through the internet department. I looked at six or seven different vehicles and test drove 4 or 5 of them. I was reluctant to trade my 2010 Tacoma (all blinged out). Initially, I left the dealership because I couldn't make up my mind what I wanted for the money. I went back the next day, and finally struck a deal. ALL dealerships are in it to make money, so they have their tactics and methodology - that's business. However, Johny Calle and the other gentleman from the internet department were always kind, hospitable, and patient; never too pushy or arrogant. Buyers have a responsibility to educate themselves on the basics of the business, as well as the 'numbers' on the vehicle they want. I'm happy with my deal and especially with my new Highlander!
