Crown Nissan is a great dealership and were very transparent on pricing as well as finding a car that fit my needs. John Hartley was my sales rep and he was great to work. He was very knowledgable, understanding, and patient with me. This was my first time buying a car so he was able to walk me through different options and explain everything to me, making the entire process very seamless and less stressful. He went out of his way to go above and beyond to ensure I felt confident in my decision. I also really appreciated that he never put any pressure on me and gave me the time I needed. Though I have owned many vehicles in my life, John Hartley at Crown Nissan in St. Petersburg, Florida, was the salesman who sold me the first vehicle I have ever bought online - a 2002 Ford Thunderbird. Since I bought the car online, John had to be my eyes. He sent many videos of the car - interior, underneath, exterior. John patiently answered all of my many questions, & sent videos as needed. The T-Bird arrived at my home in Savannah, Georgia yesterday. The transport was all arranged by John Hartley and the team at Crown Nissan St. Petersburg. Cathy Voogt was my salesperson, and she was wonderful: knowledgeable, caring and she listened to me. a rare quality. I contacted a bunch of dealers, pasted what I was looking for, and instructed them to e-mail me, NOT to call me. Still, a zillion folks called me, but Cathy sent e-mail links, and Crown Nissan had exactly the beast I was looking for. They don't haggle on price, which is different, but their $999 fee covers profits and vehicle touch-ups. She was patient and explained all the zillions of "bells and whistles" to this old fogie. Bought my last Nissan from a female at a Nissan Dealer fifteen years ago. Females are so much more low-key than the hyped-up dudes, for me, anyways....
