Some good - mostly bad

Pros:

Nice location. 1 or 2 advisors are actually nice

Cons:

Incompetent advisors, lazy, incompetent technicians.

While I've had some good experiences,  it's mostly been bad. I've dealt with incompetent service advisors and lazy/dishonest technicians. I had repairs recommended on my vehicle that were simply not required. They always have your vehicle longer than they initially tell you. On more than one occa...
