Unethical, Unprofessional, and Disingenuous Service Personnel.

Beware of this dealership... Some of the personnel who work in the Service Department will misrepresent themselves over the phone as trained & certified mechanics, when they are not... They will even give you mechanical opinions and advice related to your vehicles issues, although they are not properly trained to do so... This is completely unprofessional, unethical, and probably ille Additionally, after having your vehicle repaired for one issue, another will mysteriously appear the next day... This happened to me. Within 24 hours of picking-up my vehicle, after having the rear passenger electric power window fixed, the electrical engine cooling fan would not shut-off. This fan had worked properly for the entire life of the vehicle. Yet, within 24 hours of having the vehicle in Massey Yardley's service center it suddenly was malfunctioning...? I find this to be more than a coincidence... And, I do not want to even begin to describe the poor customer service that I experienced over the few unfortunate days that I was in contact with this dealership... My advice is to avoid this dealership at all costs...
